2011, Its been 18 months since I was in prison for something I didn't do. I have had two applications to appeal turned down. The first was dismissed without even reading the papers, the second, we believed we had a good chance. Of course when it reached the appeal court, we yet again saw the real “British justice” system at its best. The next step for us is the criminal cases review commission.
My father is battling with the Greater Manchester Police to even record our complaint about Ds Barnard perverting the course of justice. What has so far escaped me is why GMP, a supposedly clean, beyond reproach police force, will move Heaven and Earth to ensure the wrongful conviction of a run of the mill officer, but won't even record, let alone investigate one of their own in Chester House. GMP have so far done absolutely everything they can to ignore what has happened within their own. My father has even had to go to the lengths of applying for Judicial Review and on being granted permission, forced the IPCC to tell GMP to record his complaints. It's very sad when a police force have to be forced to record a complaint, kind of shows what sort of police force they are.
At the moment I am trying to rebuild my life and I'm busy writing my book, 75 pages and counting. In my book I'm naming and shaming all involved. My aim is to expose primarily the institutional corruption of the Greater Manchester Police, but also to expose the practices of the Probation Service of Greater Manchester and the Social Services. Finally I want to give advice to anybody who finds themselves in my position, to get the correct legal representation, not the "hand in hand" with GMP's internal affairs department kind of representation I was left with.
In time GMP will seek to rubbish my claims as will all the organisations whom I name and shame, rest assured however, everything I say, can and will be backed up with evidence in an instant. This includes audio recordings I took of my probation officer lying to me about my licence conditions, attempting to threaten me and dissuade me from writing a book, as well as lying to me about the amount of time I would be spending in a hostel . I wish to let everybody know that my family and I, are busy fighting against the Greater Manchester Police, who are now investigating themselves (Dracula guarding the blood bank). I shall never ever, no matter what they do to me, stop fighting for the truth, and will not rest until those responsible for this miscarriage of justice are behind bars where they belong. As I write this, I am relatively safe, and strong in my belief that we shall overcome. My book is due out in 2012 and will be an eye opener to most people. I hope you all follow this path to justice and I will keep you all updated. For now, I thank everyone of you who has supported me, and remind those who I promised I would not stop until my dying day, I'm still here, you cannot stop me, although you have tried, you have failed. Whilst in prison Kristian adapted a famous song by Johnny Cash: Fulsom Prison Blues. We are sure the great man in black would have heartily approved. One day when he has the time maybe he will record it and do a video for Yuo Tube. Who Knows?
