As 2011 draws to a close, I find myself asking where has this year gone? It seems to have been eaten up completley. We are currently no further on in our quest for Justice, still banging our heads against walls and still having to fight through institutional corruption and arrogance. We are now gearing up for our next challenge to aply to the Criminal Cases Review Commission. This is the next step in the process. Greater Manchester Police are still doing everything they can to avoid 1) their lawful obligations 2) investigating Barnard and 3) doing anything decent,lawful,that which is right and that which they know will eventually catch up with them no matter how long it takes.
My parents are working tirelessly to force the GMPA, GMP and the IPCC to do that which is required of them BY LAW. After almost four years since this began, I have to say I am deeply embarassed and ashamed of ever wanting to work for such disgusting corrupt people. When I joined it was because I had dreamed of it all my life and I truly believed I could make a difference to peoples lives. That was my problem. I am honest and decent. Anyway, the fight goes on, we are awaiting repsonse from GMP and the IPCC and we will keep you updated. From my point of view, over the next weeks I will be continuing to write articles about my experiences with all the relevant bodies. I have already written some about the Probation servicem next will be the social services, the police, the courts the barristers and solicitors, Prison and all that lies between. As I have stated before, All will be named and shamed.
As a family we will never give up the fight for justice and to bring all of these evil people to justice. It is alarming that these people are still dealing with members of the public, including Barnard in Rochdale.
Finally, I would like to say a massive thank you to whoever has spent the time to maintain this site, to all of you who continue to support me and all of you who have commented, sent me messages and I look forward to the next year of figthing for justice. We're still coming for you.......
