In November 2008, Kristian Abbott was found guilty of a crime he did not commit, and was sent to prison in January 2009 for 21 months. Since the original investigation, Kristian has maintained his innocence, and has been the victim of a corrupt investigation and lies throughout. Police&Press

The Present Furore about Phone Hacking, Police Corruption and the Press, made us wonder if such a thing goes on in Manchester? In particular does the Manchester Evening News report everything about the police objectively? Or does the same culture exist as with the Nationals where money changes hands and the police get left pretty much alone. To find out more click this link

What really happened part Four

You need to come back home, there's been a second allegation made against you”.

A second allegation

A second allegation

The dogs didn't bark, but they said they knocked.

As with all the other articles I have written, I sit in front of my computer and write down without stopping everything that happened exactly as it happened. That way there is no embellishment, no dramatisation or soap land rubbish. When I write, I hope to portray things as they actually happened therefore the language used is as it was used at the time. It is not aimed to be a nice comfortable bed time story because it isn't.

If anybody is offended by the words I use, the way I speak, the things I say, political correctness, or my views and opinions, please don't ever leave your nice warm office, there is a real world outside.

As a final note, Greater Manchester police, In particular the professional standards department, I hope you enjoy reading this set of articles as you have been reading all of my other articles. You had better believe we have a “fixated mindset”. The same fixated mindset that people like Sean Hodgson; Barry George; Colin Stagg; Sally Clark; Steven Downing; Rapheal Rowe, Micheal Davies and Randolph Johnson; Ellis Sherwood, Micheal O'Brien and Darren Hall; The Birmingham six, the M25 three, and Stefan Kiszko's mother had in fighting tirelessly to bring people like you who believe you are above the law, to justice. That fixated mindset will never falter until justice is done.

It is not those who inflict the most, but those who endure the most who will ultimately prevail.

Prison part 7

With every day that passed, I was on a countdown. There's no point in starting a countdown when you first get sentenced, the figures would be depressing. It was last day of school syndrome, I didn't want to do anything but see my time out. I had been working at Preston which had passed the time nicely, as well as education. I wasn't even going to try and get a job here. Jobs at Acklington were clearly well established rolls, as in the workers had been here a while and would be staying for a good year or two more. They wouldn't want to give up those positions in a hurry and I wasn't that enthusiastic about trying.

Prison part 6

HMP Acklington was a former RAF base which spanned an understandably large area. The hangar I had seen from the prison van had been converted into workshops for inmates. All the old sleeping quarters had been converted into prison cells and two huge new wings had been built. Having now spent six months inside four concrete walls with artificial lighting and had not in all that time experienced rain, the endless countryside, flowers, grass and trees was a welcome relief. The whole area gave a sense of calm an tranquillity away from the overcrowded Preston prison.

July 2009.

My birthday. The justice4kj site had informed my supporters it was my birthday and the amount of cards I received from people I didn't even know was incredible. I will be forever grateful to everybody who took the time to send me a card. Thank you. I even got a card handmade my the “artist” on the wing and signed by everybody on it as a thank you to the help I had given them. Whilst it was a card made in prison, by prisoners, most of whom were not nice people, it did provide an extra morale boost.

As 2011 draws to a close, I find myself asking where has this year gone? It seems to have been eaten up completely. We are currently no further on in our quest for Justice, still banging our heads against walls and still having to fight through institutional corruption and arrogance.

Kristian's Song
