Said the good doctor.

I had now finally received a response to my legitimate questions, from Roz Hamilton, the deputy chief executive of the GMPT (Greater Manchester Probation Trust). Some of the points in this letter I covered in part 6. The letter, which can be found HERE , is a clear indication of the endemic arrogance of the probation trust's whole attitude. Instead of answering the question, or dare I say it, when presented with the evidence, accept they have done wrong and will put it right, they, like politicians, obfuscate and answer a question they think has been asked.

A few points from that letter;

Point one;

Roz again states, even though previously denying, as evidenced in the good Doctors comments in part 7, that the GMPT had NO input or involvement with my son, here, she states in Black and white;

“With no assessment to guide us, GMPT cannot allow access to your son to go ahead”

What's that word I'm looking for? Oh yeah, liar. Just like all the people who are now found to be embroiled in the News of the World scandal, from the police top to bottom, journalists and undoubtedly ministers, just like all the MP's who protested their innocence in the expenses scandal and are now in jail. All liars, corrupt disgusting people who will do anything to protect the party line and keep their snouts in the trough.

Point two;

In relation to the justice site, where Buckley had threatened me with being recalled unless it was taken down, and actually putting pen to paper (silly woman) basing my Mappa level 3 on it, Roz Hamilton, having been reminded of the law now stated;

“I note that you have had the website suspended and am clear that if you reposted it, GMPT would not have grounds to recall you”

I think that's as close to “we have got it wrong all these months we have been threatening you with it, Buckley was wrong, unlawful and so were we by defending her for all this time therefore when the time is right, sue us...please” as I'm ever going to get. And sue them I will, for every single breach of the law, my human rights and deprivation of my liberty. It always has made me laugh, a little, how when faced with the law, and the threat of legal action, these morons quickly change their tune. The only bad news for you Ms Hamilton, Buckley et al, you put it all in writing to me. Thank you very much :)

The last point from this letter, and perhaps the most interesting, Roz Hamilton states;

“I would ask that you invest in your and your families futures by working with GMPT to your own benefit. It is important to aid your rehabilitation by letting your licence take its course in a positive way instead of constantly complaining, which must have a negative impact on you and your family”

Outstanding. The probation service wouldn't get the point, if it was placed in front of them in an empty room, in a bag marked “the point”. It would indeed have been delightful, Ms Hamilton, for me to allow my licence to take its course in a positive way. However because I am innocent, Buckley is an evil vindictive liar, you by your actions have condoned and therefore been an accomplice to her unlawful actions and you do not have the intellectual capacity in the entirety of the GMPT to deal with somebody who is innocent, your service chose to go on the attack with me and my family. In your oppressive,bullying, harassing and unlawful behaviour, you left me no choice but to constantly complain. I wonder, if that was your attitude to the family of Stephen Lawrence, Michael Shields, Stefan Kiszko, Sally Clarke, who all fought against people like you for years to gain their freedom while people like you stood by and lied, and hoped they'd go away. You should hang your head in shame. A wasted notion I know as people like you, Buckley et al, do not have the intellectual capacity to understand the basic concepts of right and wrong. My dog has more integrity.

And so a letter to Mr Graham Jackson, the solicitor for the GMPT in response to Ms Hamilton's letter.. The letter, which can be found HERE is self explanatory.

Roz Hamilton suggested in her letter that I address my concerns to John Brimley, Head of the Bury probation service. Mr Brimley had so far chosen to completely ignore our emails, letters and correspondence, so I held little hope of a response and if any, it would be any different to the horse s*** pedalling GMPT. HERE is the letter to John Brimley. Brimley chose to ignore the letter.

It is difficult to refer to the Social services in here as I am covering them in another area. That being said, I was given notification that a woman from the Social Services wanted to come and see me in the hostel along with Danielle Buckley. On the face of it, she seemed pleasant enough. The interview lasted approximately 20 minutes and in the interview the lady asked me various questions about me, my son and my wife. Standard questions for a risk assessment. I raised the issue that both Roz Hamilton and the Social Services were sticking to the line, to explain why they had done nothing thus far to aid the process of me seeing my son, that I was “hard to get hold of”. I pointed out that as I was stuck, 24 hours a day, 7 days in a week as a licence condition, in a probation hostel, this was untrue to say the least.

The lady then asked;

“What are your move on plans then?” (Danielle Buckley was sat next to me in the room)

“I have no idea, I have been told nothing yet, except that unless I agree to address my offending behaviour, I will stay here until the end of my licence”

“That's not true, you have a move on plan, I discussed it with you last time we met” Offered Buckley

“Oh?, what is it then?” I queried, this being the first time I had heard of it

“well, we've not got a date yet or anything, but I was going to discuss it with you in our next meeting”

More lies from the veritaphobial one. The meeting concluded and I informed Buckley that I had no faith in her as all she ever does is lie. The Social Services lady informed me that they would now complete various assessments and hopefully I should be able to see my son soon.

In the intervening period, the Doctors report arrived. Extracts of which I will discuss with you;

“On the OASys I am not sympathetic to their perhaps criticism of you, particularly regarding the issue of your lifestyle and associate. Perhaps the alternative to socialising with your wife and a couple of non-police friends, is to become thoroughly institutionalised within the police force?

However I am not at all sure that a single proven offence automatically equates to a propensity.”

The Doctor again highlighted the probations attitude towards me, and takes a dim view of it

“I do realise the the probation service have considered you almost to be an immediate risk, hence the usage of language such as predator and there is understandable confusion perhaps, regarding access to your son. I indicated to you that for you to be a current sexual risk to your son there would have to be a number of significant developments, not least of which would be gender crossover from female to male, dramatic reduction in age from adolescence to very young child, from extra familial and lastly from your professional duties and responsibilities to a private location”

What this shows, is a Doctor, professionally trained with qualifications in such matters (not Buckley or the Social Services) That they got it wrong, very wrong. Of course they still to this day stick to their decisions as all these people do. The Social Services and Buckley both were adamant I was a risk of sexual harm to my own child, a (at the time) 18 month old boy. I have repeatedly asked, on what grounds they have made this assumption on, and they have repeatedly refused to answer. The answer, as we know is simple, it is their way to try and break somebody, by using emotional blackmail to stop me fighting them. As the Doctor said, for them to be able to lawfully justify calling me a sexual risk to my own son, I would have to switch from females to males, turn inwards to my own family, and worst of all, do things to a very young child. An idea I find revolting.

The doctor unfortunately could be of no more assistance to me, knowing well as he does of the incestuous relationship between the courts,police,probation and social services. The above little extract was however very useful and shall be in future prosecutions.

After several letters to the Probation service, the ombudsman and MP's and the instruction of a solicitor and Doctor to challenge the unlawful behaviour of the probation service, some may argue miraculously, my MAPPA level was again reduced from 2 to 1 and all my day time sign in times were removed, leaving 9 am. And 9.30 pm. The probation service of course state it is “because of your continued compliance and our ongoing risk assessments of you, nothing else”. It is clear to anybody with any shred of intelligence, that when faced with these evil people, fight them, fight every step of the way, question everything, record everything, force them to put into writing the questions you want answering, and ultimately demand a solicitor be present. It is amazing how quickly these people move to avoid the courts, the press and legal action.

It was not until February of 2010 that Danielle Buckley (having lied in the social services meeting) finally decided to discuss a move on plan with me. Buckley stated that if I wished to move to an address, they and the police must conduct risk assessments on the house and surrounding areas. It is in my opinion, the reason why baby P, Victoria Climbié were allowed to be abused in the manner they were; because the probation services, the police and Social Services dedicate all their time to tick boxes, assessments,forms, and targets. This does not allow for each individual case to be examined on its own merits, as in my case, all they can do is follow procedures, see what category you fall into according to a score. I'm sure, one day they will learn and go back to doing a service for the public, instead of holding yet another public enquiry where “lessons will be learned”

In part 9, I move out of the Hostel and discover the real Buckley. Yeah, I thought I'd discovered enough too. It turns out that a Veritaphobe, can also form sentences and ask questions.......
