Rumours have reached us that those doughty performers of Bury C.I.D. have been snooping around members of the Abbott family and their relations back in good ole Britain.
Evidently they are looking for the truth. Yeah I know, that is an outlandish idea that anyone from GMP would be looking for the truth. What seems to be the question on their lips is "who is running the Justice4KJ web site?" According to the whispers that have reached us, they are talking about harassment of someone by this site. What a load of old tosh. If anyone does not wish to receive emails from this site, they only have to use the contact form to ask us to remove them. If someone is offended by something that is, or has been, written on this site then the same applies. As far as we know we have only told the truth on this website and, whilst that may be unpalatable for some of those people about whom the truth has been told, they have a perfectly normal way of challenging what has been written. They can contact the site via the menu item at the top which says, unbelievably, "contact us".
There is another avenue open to anyone who feels offended by the content on the site. That is the legal process which involves the Civil Courts. That route is also open to anyone who feels that anything on this site has defamed or libelled them. So why are they not going down that route and why are they misusing Bury CID to try to shut this site down. If they were to go to Court and sue the producers of this site, then they would fail merely because everything on this site is the absolute truth. That is probably a truth that they would not wish to see aired in Open Court as it would show them up for what they really are.
Why then, you may ask, have they not contacted this site to air their grievances? Because they know that everything on this site is the truth and always has been. If anything on this site is untrue then anyone can email us via the contact page and we will examine what they say. If anyone does not wish to be emailed by this site then the same is true contact us and we will remove your name from the membership. One might ask why you would have signed up in the first place but we are not in the business of upsetting people merely the truth business.
Obviously what this means is that GMP, who don't like us printing the truth about them and who do not like David Abbott taking the IPCC to Judicial Review and forcing them to record and investigate his complaints, are trying to strike back by somehow claiming that someone has suffered harassment by being mentioned on this site.
What we would like them to do is to go and have their Xmas break and think about making the smallest attempt to be decent truthful and honest people in the year to come. Yeah just kidding.
A message for Bury CID: This site, as you well know by now is not hosted in the United Kingdom. It is also the case that no articles are written by anyone who lives in the United Kingdom. So now you can stop wasting police time and taxpayers money on harassing people in the United Kingdom on the basis that they may have something to do with this site. What you can do is to follow the legal procedures and ask the host who owns the site and, if they refuse to give you those details then you will have to take legal action in that country to try to force the hosts to reveal the details.
